Leaves turning yellow. What do you think could be wrong?

Hey all, this is my first post, I've been lurking for a couple weeks learning how to grow and I just started about a week ago. I've built a couple boxes out of plastic containers, lined them with mylar, cut holes for fans, and hung power strips with CFLs from the top. so far it's been working great and the growth i've seen is pretty incredible (I'll probably switch to HPS for my next grow though). However last night i noticed my plants leaves were slightly yellow. today the yellowness has spread a lot more. the plant was re-potted 2 days ago because my friend had originally planted about 5 seeds in 1 pot. they were getting tangled up and fighting over light so i split them up into red solo cups until they get bigger.

Sorry the picture isn't very clear. the only camera i have is my cell phone. does anyone have any suggestions on how to make this yellowness in the leaves go away?

Since it starts at the base of the leaf and looks to be eatting its way up, I would have to say either NUTE burn or a fungus, but the pic isnt clear enough to really disinguish. Just back off the nutes and flush with some wistilled or RO water until the pot floods through and see if that works

In order to properly help, we need more info, as much as you have.

What kind of soil, what kind of nutes and how often you apply them, the ph of the water you use, how often you water.
