okay so i order a 400 watt Hps Cooltube and when it got here the fucking cooltube was broken i so fuckin pissed i dnt even kno wat to do do i call the company i bought it from or ups this is jus full of bs i now have to send it bac and shit and my plants need tat light cuz CFLS JUS ANIT DOIN IT

as someone who deals with ups and fedex on a daily basis. you need to contact the shipper/vendor first. its their job to take it up with ups and file a claim. any vendor worth anything will, issue a call tag to have ups pick up the broken product and send you out a new one, no questions asked.

Yea i got it from HTG the whole set everything was there the ballast light bulb but the cooltube was broken yea i looked it up i jus filed a claim with ups i can jus picture someone dropin or not handleing my package rite it all says handle with care im jus pissed offed man i had a bad day at work and i come home Ready to setup my new light and it brokin jus make my day Even better

you dont have to cancel the claim. believe me, one thing they/ups are good at is covering their asses and they wont pay out on the same claim twice. the claim process is not fast and not your problem. you just did htg a favor.

just make sure you contact htg asap so you can get a replacement cooltube so you can get your grow up and going.
