i've used both, the honey bee is not hard to emulate, you just need to get decent tubing to do it, a turkey baster is ok, thats what we first started out on, but returns were generally poor, using a honey improved on that,

there is no great secret about the honey bee it is just some thick pvc tubing with a single hole one end and 4 holes the other end, coffee filter paper goes inside over the 4 holes fill up with weed and blast from the other side with lighter gas, the honey bee is only 5.5 inches tall and 1.75 inches in diameter, you could just get some pvc tubing the same size with screw ends either side and put caps on and make the holes, you could make it longer but not any wider i would say

but the key is to pack it with ground herb so that the butane runs past every trichome

what kinda ratio did you see coming out of an oz of herb/bud?

if its got plenty of thc on it, then you could get as good as 3 grams from a tube, but if you use low grade trim then obviously your going to get less, but whatever you get it will get you stoned like you haven't felt in a long long long time

good good!!!! i have about half oz of decent bud to put thru it and maybe a couple of oz of trim so i could get 4 or 5 g. considering there are like 20 hits in a g, its worth it!

yo yo yo littlewhitewhore the honey bee taught me a lesson man like messed me up so i couldnt smoke for a while...

for best results make sure your trim is bone dry, and if i were you for comparison id do 2 batches if youve got a couple of pyrex dishes, do a just trim then do a just bud. both will knock you on your arse in about 2 seconds.

oh another thing to avoid looking like some gas sniffing yob start buying a tin from every place you can as the local shop will get suspect if you stroll in asking for 6 tins of butane!

ive still got a lump of bho oil from my last run through its deffo not for through the day smokin haha, unless your some kind of animal...

Yeah im from the uk. i reckon im gunna have to go to a tobacconist to get the refined butane. i really cant wait to smoke it. i smoke shottys so im planing to just dab a bit on it with a pin after it gets lit. will be so nice

if you smoke spliffs, wait till the oil gets all toffee like then run a layer down the rizla's like it were solid or squishy black, thats how i mainly smoke my oil

Hi people, i have a grow on the go at the moment, Thai Haze x Skunk1 (see thread - Thai Haze X skunk1 Special grow). The girls are all ready for harvest this weekend and iv also have been thinking of makeing some BHO. I will have trim from all 12 plants and also most if not all the pop corn buds.

I was wondering what type of Butaine i can get in the UK, the closest to 99% the better. Any 1 reccomend any UK brands.

The last time i smoked oils was years ago, gotta say didnt move for much after a few hits.
