one thing for sure. This could easily be a way for mgmt. to inspect the apt. for the fire and other issues. IMO you must take this time to clean up the place/smell grow op stuff needs hiding and get that big plant out of the apt. It will either smell or be an eye sore for mgmt. in a box during inspection. The have had complaints about mj before so your in potential big trouble if they find your a growing op. To any mgr. against drugs a plant and/or smell plus the complains of past mean you are a low life to them and could be a call to the law. Look at it from a conservative persons view and don't take the risk. You will be much happier after. If you put it in a big box be sure to label the box with something like TV, cloths, etc.... gl
