Cool Is it ok to grow multiple strains together?
I was wondering is it safe to grow multiple strains of marijuana together, indoor or outdoors? I have strawberry cough, original skunk #1, super silver haze, and blue dream. Thanks.

Thats the best way to compare the differences between each strain.

Thanks. I wasnt sure if it was okay, my brother in law told me that you should never grow more than 3 strains together, he said that its not good for some reason. Thanks for the replies.

i'am not so sure thats correct,if mature plants flower at different times won't they possibley send signals to less mature plant and panic them into flowering and self seeding could result.it's just a thought. ?

Obviously they would all be flowered at the same time under a 12/12 lighting cycle. Some strains may take longer to finish than others but thats no problem coz you just chop them when their ready.

Different strains grow and mature at vastly different rates. You really need to watch for males/hermies, as they could 'ruin' the whole crop(especially if your goal is sensimilla). Also, you'll likely be harvesting them several weeks to even months apart, as they'll mature to peak potency in their own time according to their specific genes.

Other than requiring more attention to detail, there's no trouble growing multiple strains together.
