Three weeks into flower and have ran out of room. I have only 12 inches of heigth I can raise my lights. Some plants have grown so wide some lower branches are one and a half feet long and many small branches lower should I prune them off are is it too late. My most importante is what should I do about height. p.s the two smallest plants I almost gave up on are flowering big time while the largest I two that I thought were the best have yet to flower.

get some string and start bending those girls down. your predicament is not horrible if you jump on it quickly. pick a strong place on each branch and start slowly bending down the buds that are closest to the light. i can't really tell you what to do about the side branches, never had that problem. i always keep my plants short and bushy, but all of my trimming is done in veg. sorry if that is only a little helpful, but make sure those girls don't start touching your light. it'll burn the shit out of them and fuck up your overall haul.
