Default Light Cycle change?
hey guys whatsup. I started flowering in the 1st of April with 13 hours of darkness and 11 hours of light. Is it possible to switch to 12/12 or will this change stress my plants?

you should probably be able to change now without any serious ill effects. an hour difference shouldn't stress the plant too much. just curious, why did you go 13/11?

I just heard from someone that if you use 13/11 you could speed a little bit the flowering stage though reducing yield. The thing is that time is not a concern anymore so I decided to change the light cycle. Do you know what is the average flowering stage length for bagseed plants?

thx for the response btw

average time is hard to say. anywhere from 8 - 15 weeks. example being blueberry can flower for 8 - 10 weeks and be sweet as hell, but then something like arjan's haze #1 can take up to 15 if you let it. i did a AH1 grow a while back and that shit flowers FOREVER but yields like a hot, sassy bitch.

i would always stay on the safe side and flower for at least eight weeks. get a pocket microscope and check out those trichomes. the worst feeling in the world is to harvest to early because of impatience and then feel like you wrecked some decent weed. this whole process takes time, so yeah, give it 8-10 weeks to be totally safe.
