The first picture is my 2 month old Bubba Kush X Deep Chunk. Still vegging in the veg room. I have two of them in 5 gallon buckets filled with Fox Farm Soil. I took clones about a week ago and they have now successfully rooted.
The second picture is my flowering room. I have 3 Chemo by Federation plants under a 400 watt HPS and 70 watt hps for side lighting. They are in 3 gallon pots also filled with Fox Farm.
I want to flower the Bubba Kush Deep Chunk and determine sex, then toss out the clones from the male. Hopefully I have atleast one female. Ill be mad if Ive been vegging two males for the last couple months!!!
Anyways my question is... My veg room lights come on at 7pm and turn off at 1pm. My flower room lights come on at 10am and turn off at 10pm. So can I flip from night/day to day/night?
From 7pm-1pm
To 10am-10pm

I do think your pictures are backwards though, haha lol. Looks like the Chemo is first and the Bubba Kush is second.
I dont know about your question, flipping the light around like that. Hopefully someone here does know for sure. Maybe if you extended the dark period an extra cycle or something like that. Hopefully it wont turn them into hermies.

Although Plants like gradual changes, for the sake of simplicity, I would just run you're dark period an extra 12 hrs one day, because if this is the only irregularity in the cycle you'll probably be fine.

Well good news!! One of the Bubba Kush X Deep Chunk is already showing female hairs!!! After only 2 days on 12/12!! I can easily see hairs at 5 or 6 different spots. The other larger plant has not shown anything yet, so I will keep a close eye it!! I took a few more clones before I put them into 12/12 so now I have 5 clones from each plant. Good news indeed!!
