I agree wholeheartedly. Nothing beats homegrown.

Moreover, the two plants are very similar in terms of growing requirements. It's no coincidence that the products in hydroponics shops appeal to the indoor 'tomato' grower.

Hey man no need for that.
It just shows that everybody on here only grows weed.... not tomatoes! Instead of calling them pathetic, maybe we should encourage them to try tomatoes.
If anyone has alittle extra room, just throw them in with your flowering mary jane plants. Tomato plants only need 8-12 hours of light per day, so they are actually pretty easy to grow!
