Is there a fix for this problem
Been trying to germinate them for 3weeks dark brown seeds

Where did you get the seeds from?

marijuana seeds usually sprout very easiy when they are kep moist and warmm

I personally germinate all seeds of any kind in ROCKWOOL cubes.... you just get the cubes soaking wet ONCE (proper pH) and the seeds ALWAYS sprout... from Watermelon to Sunflower to whatever..

i just put them in a wet paper towel then put it between two plates and place it somewhere warm. then just wait and keep the towel wet. the seeds should germinate in just a few days max.

get a nail file and sand the edges of your seeds very gently then set them in some root gel and put them back under yor paper towel that might encourage them out

must be kept moist and a min temp of 21c (between paper towels) in the boiler cuboard is a good one

make sure alll the seeds sink to the bottom in glass of water most of my seeds that havent popped are the ones that didnt sink

usually putting them in an open plastic bag with a wet paper towel inside has always worked for me.
