Honestly, i dont know what to believe. I know drying is going to be a prefrence on which tactic to use. I have read so many different types of ways and videos that explain a completely different way. This is my third grow and my first to be succesfull. Sadly enough, so if you will please please tell me the best way to dry your buds. Here are the different ways I have read about to watched a video to.

1. Cut the plant and hang the entire plant upside down without the manicure. Dry for only 3-4 days so there is still mositure in the stems(so they bend not snap) and continue in a glass jar until ready.

2. Repeat one expect dry for two weeks without manicure.

3. Manicure the plant and hang individual stems upside down for 3-4days.

4. Same as 3 but l let hang for 2 weeks to a month for the stems snap.

5. This one i dont believe. Hang the bud up for one day finish in a glass jar.

Now these are all the ways i have read about to dry the bud properly. There are a few more but not going to list them. I know there are many people on here that have dry plenty of buds so please shard what is the best way.

Also i konw the temps should be 60-70F with RH of 50% for sellar conditions. Also that anything higher in temp will dry the bud out faster and create a more harse bud. Thanks again

I do #1 but I manicure first (it's easier then) then they go into a paper bag for a few days if still not dried down enough (stem break thing test) then into glass jars opened daily for a month.

i cut the plant down then hand up each cola on a string. i try to keep it around 70-75 deg F with relative humidity under %50. i keep a fan in the room but not pointed at the buds. this area where its drying should be a dark place as light degrades thc. this should take at least 3-4 days usually around a week. when the buds are dry, the stem will snap not bend, i place them in a mason jar and leave them in there for at least 2 more weeks. i open the jars 3-4 times a day and "burp" it, this is to get moisture out of the jar so your buds won't rot. after they've been curing for 2 weeks your buds should be perfect for smoking. hope that helps

#3 but more specifically when the outside is crispy, put in garbage bags for 12 hours and hang for 12 hours and repeat until dry after being in bag. Each time the moisture pushes the chlorophyl out and evaporates. Place in jars and cure, burping every day or two until finished. Minimum cure is a month, you can smoke anytime, but waiting a month is far better quality.
