first week flower and bag seed update, pic and questions included

I am a nube in my first week of week of flower after seven weeks of veg. Probabley to long for my heigth restriction.Now i have more plant than i ask for. I have 36 inchs now and 15 inches left to raise my lights, I cut back in my N last week hopeing to cut back growth in heigth. My stems are thick but not very close to the stalk they branch out, do these need to be pruned? after a week the leafs seem light not dry but dull. The other pic of seeds sprouting after three days are of my new found bag seed. I will be following the future of every week

your not gonna need to prune to smaller growths.... mostly tops get pruned. ,ay i suggest a "SCROG"?
