Ok I need help, I am new to growing but I have wanted to for ages.

I have a Hindu Kush 2 week baby bought from a disp' I think it was already about a week or 2 old since it was about 5 inches long so it probably really is about 4 weeks right?

I have a planter with 8 long tube lights all around and a top light that is supposed to stimulate growth, I have my plant in there and since she came home I have her under 24/7 light. The first night i tried to place it in the closet but since the light was too bright I put a blanket over it. with the added heat, by morning the plant was on the ground dehydrating.. I opened the planter, watered the plant and placed a fan to the plant wich brought it back to life, do you think I damaged her some how?

I water every other day and she seems to be thriving it is growing tremendously fast.

for soil I used Miracle grow and straight water from my purifier.

I like to talk to my plant when watering as I'm smoking is the smoke bad for the plant?

Talking to your plants is good for CO2. Smoking near them is bad, as the smoke will clog their pores

As long as the plant keeps growing and stays green you are good, and don't worry about making mistakes it's all part of the process. That's why everyone does their grow a little different than anyone else.

I followed instructions and stoped smoking around My Baby even though that was the most time we spent together. guess I'll have to find another way to spend time with her.

Wait a minute confused again...I was speaking of smoking Bud with her, I sit there and smoke all forms but it's all Cannabis far be it from me to smoke TaWacco.

is there a difference;

is smoking weed around my plant ok?

i wouldnt allow any smoke around your plants... it clogs the poors and robs the plant of valuable co2 it needs to live. second what kinda lights? Kelvins? Lumens? square footage of your grow area? strength of your lights? reflection? need more info

i smoke bud in my room all the time.

I have her inside an old school phototron #4.

the phototron has six Biax Bulbs but I'm not sure if they are - 40 Watt or - 55 Watt.

on top I have a Double SL-20 Socket Kit with 2 SL-20 Lamps
The kit hangs from a bracket molded into the top I believe this is called a germination Bulb. I put Aluminum Foil on top of each circular bulb to throw the light back down to the plant.
