seeds or clones?

Why do so many people start from seed? I am strictly a clone man. I understand getting started with a seed but once your up and running why would you do it?

plants grow bigger from seed than from clone

Where do you guys get your information, because you're wrong.

so what are your thoughts then growtech? which is better? do clones really save a bunch of time?

I like seeds because I always want to try new strains.

I grow from seed so I can stabilize the genetics I want. I have never grown clones but seeds do not take me long to get to flower.

Same here. Im always looking for something new and different from my last crop. I do about 4-5 plants per harvest and I like something different every harvest.
I like new strains, but I live in a situation where I cannot buy clones. I can only order seeds from overseas.
If I could buy clones.... Well that would be lovely

i think people use seeds more than clones due to the difference in skill, everybody knows how to plant a seed while only some know how to cut a clone, i think many people are almost 'scared' of cutting there own clones in case they do it wrong and damage the plant, just my opinion

WELL THAT BIG BITCH IS A 4TH GENERATION CLONE THAT I JUST YEILD 385 GRAMS OFF. WAY BIGGER THEN MY OTHER CLONES B4 HER. IT ALL ABOUT ENVIROMENT, LIGHTING AND JUST KNOWING WHAT THEY NEED WHEN THEY NEED IT. CLONES KEEP THE GENETICS AS THE ONE YOU CUT FROM. SO IF YOU REALLY LIKE THE OVER ALL GROWTH OF A PLANT AND THE HIGH, ALONG WITH YEILD THEN THATS WHEN CLONING COMES INTO PLAY.

I dont have the space or privacy right now. I also like to grow different strains and seeds is the only way for me to do it right now. Maybe someday I will live in a state that is more tolerable.

what about time, i've heard clones save lots of time, is that true? i'm growing out a mother to try and setup a prepetual grow, plus i have no seeds so it's the only way to keep the dank stuff alive!!

Thats the best thing that it has to offer, NO MALES, everything you grow is a beautiful baby girl! as long as you dont kill the kids, humitity is king dont let them dry out....they wont have the strenth to fight luckily I have only lost 3 out of maybe 35- I was a plant guy before I started my first crop though,,, but for me CLONING is it!!
