black lights are worthless for growing. the UV spectrum they emit is actually what all HID bulbs DO NOT have because it can damage plants.

Yes..Black lights are useless..Cfl's , Floros ,Mh ,Hps is the only way to go.

Clones need very little light. D2A on another thread you said that black light worked well until your plants had to bud.. Love to see a journal on this.
