2100k HPS vs. 4000k MH for veg - significantly different?

So, I'm debating this, because although it'll only cost me $10 more to get the MH as well - it is a hassle to change the bulb for flowering, especially since I have to worry about getting oil on it and making it explode... etc.bongsmilie

Now, according to this chart above, basically, I won't get hardly any growth at all with either bulb.

I'm using generic HID bulbs, but for comparison

A Eye Hortilux HPS bulb is 2100k and a standard clear MH bulb (such as Sylvannia) is 4000k.

Am I going to see significantly better growth in veg (ie, less stretching) with the 4000k MH, or should I forget that hassle and go with the HPS 2100k?
