Hey guys, i started a thread yesterday in the CFL forum but did not get much attention... so i didn't really get my answer!

From what i have read, males show signs of sex earlier than females.... However, is it possible to have a female show signs of sex before the males?? (they were all planted at the same time, and have been in 12/12 for about 5 days!)

give it a week or two before worrying about the sex. i have found that it is different plant by plant. some males will show before females sometimes and vice versa. like i said, just wait a while.

the thing is that i have 3 plants, there is one of the a plants that i'm, today, 90% sure it;s a girl....i'll take more pics and post up!!!
The second plant is not showing anything (keeping my fingers crossed) and the third and largest of them all is now starting to show very small hairs.... let me add that today i'm on my 5th day of flowering.....
I'm porting this and taking pics!

As of yesterday I was at 5 days flowering also,out of 7 bagseed plants started 50 days ago: 4 female,1 male.All the females showed first,2 plants haven't showed anything yet.I also have 8 sea of green just 15 days old,none have shown at this point.

Also another quick question? What do i do about purple stems?

Explanation.... the first 4 pics are of the 1st plant that i'm 90% certain about.... let me know what you think... i thought those were the pistils showing...

The 5th picture is of the third plant, and a little white hair that is comming out... i'm not even 30% certain about this one, but hell keeping my fingers crossed and being very optimistic.

the 6th pic is of the 2nd plant.... This one has shown no signs (to my perception) of sex yet, but the picture is there for you guys to help....
the 7th pic is of all 3 of my plants and my home made setup! .. let me know what you think!!!

Frosty thanks for the input!!! i started 3 bagseed feb 10.... so i guess we are almost at the same vegging and even flowering since i'm on my 5th day of flowering.. pretty freaky uhhh!!!
any ways thanks for the input!! and that is a pretty good rate (4 out of 5 so far) since you were growing bagseed!

yo whats up guys. i just have a quick question and i dont feel like making another thread. Alright so my question is im in day 21-25. and i want to know when i should switch over to 12/12...i have read numerous things on 12/12 but it never really says when you should do it. i was thinking either when you have your plant is at the height you want it so that after flowering it will grow by 2-3 times bigger. Or i was thinking when they start to pre flower....like i said i dont know if there is a real answer to this but i would deff appreciate the help.
