veg outdoors flower indoors?

hey
I was wondering would it be possible to veg some plants outdoors then take them indoors to flower when theyre about 24'' tall under a 400w hps light.

YES! It is also possible to set yer timer to get additional light a couple hours b4 sunrise, then bring em outside to finish! Saves a lot of $$$$
