Well here goes...

I've got a batch that i started from seed on 3-8-09, they sprouted on the 11th, i started 20 and i believe 14 came up.

pictures 1-5 are from 3-17
pic 6 is the next day the 18th
pic 7-9 are from the 22nd
the last 5 are from today.

i toped a few of them just kinda messing around and the one with the most new growth is a mutant... thats that last pic...

all most all of them are working on their 6th or 7th node and the fan leaves are mostly 9 fingered at this point.

i was going to top them but i have a feeling that in the end im going to have to many females and not enough room..

I was told that these were PPP seeds (pure power plant)
does anyone who has grown ppp before know if thats what the plants look like at this growth stage?

an update:

day 18 veg:

4 plants are on their 6th node
the other 10 are on their 7th

they are all between 6 and 9 inches tall
i toped 1 plant about a week ago, it was the largest at that point.
i finished by toping the other 13.

and a couple of pictures, shot of all my plants, and one of the plant that was toped about a week ago.

on another note none of the plants have begun to show preflowers yet. I'm praying for no balls.....

well right now im at day 27 from seed and today begins day 1 of 12/12.

all plants except 1 that was allready done were topped on the 27th of march.

im hoping they dont reach over 36" right now they are all 12" and a few are taller.

and i am now noticing alternating nodes.

I am keeping my 400w hps between 20 & 24" from the canopy top.

i included a couple pics of all 14, and then top and side shot of the following:

a plant i tried to fim and failled... resulting in some funky leaf growth
the tallest plant
and the plant that i topped first on 3-19

i know people are gonna crap on me for it buts its miracle grow organic choice and perlite at a 70% soil to 30% perlite mixture

they are under a 400w 55,000 lumen HPS lamp from HTGSupply.com

ive fed them a couple of times with a 10-15-10 liquid concentrate fertilizer w/ micro-nutrients(i think its a scotts product)

they are in 1 gallon grow bags. my goal is 6 females of the 14 i have.

looking great so far and thanks for listing days from seed and spout day as well, that helps new growers out tremendously. i understand about the soil. fox farm/pro mix etc arent avail here & if i were to bake soil in my oven my girl would go off the deep end... i used almost same mix except i also used peat moss for an equal third of each mg organic/perlite/peatmoss. seems fine to me. im on a budget and cant justify spend 37.50 for a single bag of fox farm soil and then another 20 to ship. maybe down the road but i put my money into my light.

amen brother, i dont see a plant in FFoF producing enough extra then one in what we use to justify 10-20$$ worth of soil per plant

for these plants the soil, verm, and grow bags cost less then $20.

Today is day 5 of flowering and so far ive got only ladies, last night i thought i saw 5 but this morning i could only find 4 of them.... but as long as i get 6 ill be happy as crap

my micro SOG plants are starting to come up too

just thought id keep you guys updated.

a few days ago i noticed a defficency that was starting so i gave them a dose of full strength nutes. no signs of burns and the leaves have all turned a pretty shade of green again

Day 11 Flower(11 days from start of 12/12)

i have removed a total of 5 males, leaving me with 9 ladies... i think there may be one more male, the other 8 i can see hairs on em. but neways

they are all between 18 and 24 inches tall, they can grow another 20 inches until they would run into my lights

let me know what you all think.
