is this a herb sprout?

i found this plant growing wild near my home..i was just wondering if it was herb...i took a pic with my phone....the pic isnt that great..this is the best snapshot i could get...i didnt wanna be found hovering over this plant like some freak

if this is herb i would transplant it and smoke it up!

the pic sucks, but from what i can tell, its not maryjane.....just search around and find out what a first sprout of marijuana looks like and u will see what im talking ab..

It could be, the picture doesn't tell all that much. If you could get a better one we'd appreciate it.

i will try.....i dont know much about baby weed plants...ive only seen full grown plants.....wouldnt it have a smell like weed?...the plant strangly doesnt have any type of smell..the first thing i did was smell it....its growing in a spot were kids in my neigborhood smoke lots of weed..i know they throw seeds on the grown when they load a pipe or roll one up

Not at that age, it wouldn't smell one bit.
