Are my plants ready for harvest? PICS
So its day 51 into flowering and its getting close to harvest time. Im not really too sure how soon to harvest. I would say about 50% of the hairs are brown. Does anyone have any suggestions on how soon to harvest. I dont want to harvest at the wrong time and mess up the grow.
Also, ive heard that you should harvest when the crystals turn amber. Is that true? Any help would be appreciated.

they're perfect. pull them now. 1/2 amber, 1/2 cloudy, that's what you want, and that's what you have. good job.

You'll want to use a loupe or something with at least 10X - 30X to look at your trich's. Usually when about a third of them are amber, you are good to go.

Could you take a picture with a digital camera, and zoom in on photoshop?

Depends on the camera chip and MG pix. A serious macro lens might get you there, but every zoom with software will degrade the image. You can pick up a 10X-30X loupe for less than 25 bucks. A worthy investment, plus you can look like a pro to ur friends..
