ok guys i just made some hash oil i think. is it suposed to be wicked liguedy at first like not thick at all just green and watery ??

Green and watery iso if thats what your talking about. Hash oil is extremely thick, sticky and ruins clothes. What are you using to make it? Leaves? How many trimmings?

After you make it, you evaporate the alcohol, and let it harden. it turns out like motor oil, but thicker.

Do you mind if I ask, how much better is this oil than smoking the buds or rubbed hash from the same plant? Is it a way to get a better smoke/high out of the plant or a way to get more use out of the plant?

oil is to bud what bud is to leaf...

Oh..and GREEN isn't good. iso or bho oil should be black..red..or gold..but not green. Green is the color of chlorophyll and shows that the process wasn't performed quick enough or was performed using a very inferior product. The taste of green oil is nothing like a well-prepared mixture. Keep trying...

If your oil is green it means you allowed the budd/leaf to stay in the solvent too long. The green is the presence of the chlorophyll which dissolves slower than the resin. As such...your oil may taste like shit lol....srry, better luck next time

whats a good way to make your own extractor? and what material can i put on the end of the cap to build up pressure like the directions? or is it unnessary really to build up pressure?
