Can you clone when you are 2 weeks into flowering? If so, can someone tell me the easiest method of doing it?

lower branches will probably work the best. They may take a few days longer to root and they may slow a bit at first due to the confusion..but you should be cool/good to go at 2 weeks in...

Nope..just clone 'em using your normal processes/equip and hope for the best.

In my opinion water cloning is the easiest and its what i do myself.

It is a good idea to flush them for a day or two before cloning them, whether they are from flowering plants or not. This is to lower the Nitrogen content which can retard root formation. VV
