Call me a moron - 12/12 lighting vs. Flowering
Hey guys,
I feel stupid, but I think I Finally understand something very basic and important.
12/12 does not equal flowering.
Tell me if I'm wrong, but I think that is right.
I am new, 4 days into 12/12 on my first grow, things are going great. I have been trying to guess when my plants will be done and I wanted to know where to count from with a 8-9 week flowering time (for my strain). That 8-9 weeks is counted from the time the plants start showing Flowers???? Is that correct.
Before I thought 12/12 was flower, so when you switch to 12/12 you switch to Flower Nutes, and you start counting Day 1 flower, Day 2...... I think I was wrong??? I was wasn't I?
So unique opportunity for you. Tell me I was a moron, and I'll be happy.
But seriously, I was wrong before and now I'm right?
8 weeks flower means 8 weeks from when you first start seeing flowers?
I may be wrong, but I think a lot of first timer mess this up. (it's probably just me)

Yes. 8 weeks 12/12. You should see somehing after a week or so of 12/12.

man I heard the same thing......and i been on the fence about this one....to each is his own..plants usually go longer then what they are supposed to anyway
