Ok. I am flowering some thai haze x skunk 1 plants , that are in there 8th week now. These are a 12 week plant. I keep getting them dam yellow flowers popping up. They are really hard to notice, i cant even see them under regular light. They are ususally at the very top of a bud. So far i have gotten about 3 on each plant, that I can see. Any way there is about 4 weeks left to flower, and I wonderd if I just left them alone if my buds would be ok?? They are a pain in the ass too find, and a pain in the ass to pick off. I just dont want a shit load of seeds. I have read alot of posts on these yellow flowers but nobody seems to know a whole lot about them. Oh yea when I do find one, it is only 2 yellow bannana looking things. Im just sick of looking for them, its very time consuming. Thanks in advance.

yeah ive gotten them a few times, it can happen for a few reasons, if you have a feminized seed that can happen because to make feminized seeds you need a female flower to produce male pollen , if you break one of the little bannanas open pollen will pour right out, you can get them too from stress, the strain sometimes, and sometimes if you flower too long, ive been able to pick a few off in my last batch but yeah sounds like we need to do some seed shopping

i had this with my last blue moonshine fem seed grow, your plant is turning hermie to ensure it survives next season. if you dant want any of the seeds pick them off with tweezers and try not to squash them so they opn or you could pollenate the rest of your grow.

if you have somewhere else you can isolate the plant with boynana's do it. it is a pain in tha ass looking for yellow horns but if you want a whole bunch of fem seeds then just let it finnish but bare in mind the eeds that pop out will most likely be female but very prone to hermie. real catch 22.

some of those bananas are mixed w/ the pistils i found open flowers by accident and had to take out 3 sneaky style hermies

its because there are so many factors that it could be, sometimes yellow leaves just means the plant is growing and its making room for new leaves and it doesnt need it. dont worry man your just a paranoid stoner........ we all are haaha

i had the same problem like 5-6 weeks ago. i had light leaks and thought i had turned my plants hermie. i found 2 maybe 3 sets of banana's so i pulled them from the rest of the crop and fixed everything that was wrong, the light leaks and shit like that and watched those plants like a hawk. right when i saw the male organs i pulled them very carefully and put them in a milk jug with water in it and poured it down the toilet. and here we are 6 weeks later and i dont have a single seed in my crop at all. so to make a long story short if you remove the stress from the plant the plant might fix itself. it did in my case... hope it helps...

yeah even if you get pollen on your buds it takes awhile for a seed to develop so if you notice them in the last weeks you should be ok, mine didnt pop yellows until the last week
