looks o.k round about now you want to get a HPS light. ph of 7 will be o.k for now its summer now maybe a little ventalation. blood fish and bonemeal is good all round fertilizer. really the plant looks o.k from what yoursaying

that the tips die up can have wagon load of reasons, from water to heat to nutes burn caused by spaying fertilizer on them.... but it isn't bad enough to worry at all so relax and chill

seems youve got em to close to the heat, what bulb u using at the mo, they dont like heat, if you stick your hand under the light asif it was the plant, and u can feel the heat, move it up a bit, there delicate at young ages, and if your leaves are peffing up, means they either need more water,and less heat, they just like light, whats your temps, keep it at a rough 20 degrees, and at night just a tadge less say 15, what i use for plants like this i s a bulb called an envirolite , there spot on givce of so much light they blind u ,and no heat at al, well ok a TINY bit, but there spot on, have u got reflective sheeting around the grow space, never use tinfoil, use whilte mylar sheeting, 70 %reflective, really good,
