Help!!!! my cool tube is loud


i just got the cool tube a few days ago and a 220 cfm computer fan and did some duck work from the window and damm its loud it sound like blowing wind. also it a 1000 w cool tube

i put a sheet of panda film 6mm thick over my window and add a fan apter duck it about 3 feet to the my fan then the cool tube on one end. and i never add any duck the the other end cuz its bring fresh air in. and i live in a apt. so any way to reduce sound cuz i just turn everything off just like 10 min ago maybe some one here can help me out. and i can hear it from out side
