hows it goin yall? thought id ask a quick question. ive read on here a few times that you can make a willow tree tea for a rooting hormone kinda thing. what part of the tree would you use for that? and does it matter what kind of willow tree? ive got a few weapers in the back and thought id try to make some tea to spread around the garden, see what happens. im not having any luck finding out info on it. any help would be very much appreciated. happy growing peeps

Weepers are good!

Use pretty much any parts of it. Stems mostly, semi-ripe wood - fresh growing tips. I'm pretty sure you can even put the leaves in, but the hormone you want comes from the stems.

nice, thanks alot bro. seems like a good time to do this then since its spring and all, new growth all over the place. ever used it before? i was kinda thinking about makin a dwc cloner w/ a slightly diluted tea mix and see what happens w/ that too. i kinda like the idea of an all organic hydro system

I've tried using the tea in a bubble cloner ... Didn't go well, too much bacteria to have it constantly around the stems of clones I think. Might be alright diluted tho.

Yea I'd go with the experimental option to begin with man.

Cheers. That Aero grow is really a trial. I've began building my next setup with some improvements I found in that grow so far. The next grow is on a 40 plant scale, but using smaller plants. But 40 plants, even a quarter ounce per plant (dry), still guna get 10 ounces, so should be sweet! haha

the only thing i dont like about smaller plants is that you need more of em. where i live im sure they would try to charge me another sentence for every single plant. i wanna move to a med state so bad... if only my wallet could make the trip.

was the set up easy? im no diy guru or anything but i know my way around the toolbox. ive been debating between aero and dwc. dwc seems ridiculously easy but your aero setup doesnt look too much harder

If you guna go DIY ... Go with a system like mine. My new one might be better to look at when I get picture sup though lol ... It's like DWC combined with basic Aero, so it's just as easy but even more effective!

Yea the reason I went with a 4 plant system was coz I thought I'd get fukd over if I had more plants... I mean 40 plants sounds pretty bad in court... But then I talked to some people that had been charged before and they said the cops just weighed the whole plants (soil and all!)_and charged them like that. A few soil plants turns into 20kg of weed pretty quick, which also sounds bad in court lol ... So I figure fuck it!

Might be hard to keep up with cloning though. Harvest shouldn't be too bad coz they'll all be single cola plants.


P.S - Keep an eye out for that next aero grow in about 3 months time lol - It will be epic, I'm running 10 x Kali Mist, 10 x White Russian, 10 x Super Lemon Haze, 10 x Unknown Sativa Dominant (plant on left in current Aero Grow)

i love DIY. its so much cheaper, + youre really familiar w/ your setup. its easier to figure out whats up if something goes wrong.yea im definitely gonna keep an eye out and see what youve got goin on.

yea that many clones would give me a headache, but w/ enough moms it hopefully wouldnt be too bad.

court systems are just all fucked. i wanna go underground like some "time machine" shit but im not diggin a hole big enough to live in.
