That's what you call a sativa jungle.
That bleaching sucks, but there's so much bud in there I don't think you'll miss 'em. You could even get rid of the worst ones because they're just taking up valuable space and with them out the way it will allow more light to get to the ones that are doing well. Or just tie them down out the way if possible.
How's your temps and ventilation going with the crowding?
I'm always trying to remove them from under the light, but there's not much room that they can go to....lol

The temps are a bit high when the lights are on, but the girls seem to be doing alright with that. They go up to 88deg. On my next grow, I'll make sure that the girls won't go that high. I'll make a new screen and keep them fairly low. Then I'm sure that I won't be having any temp problems at all.
About the ventilation, there's an exhaust fan trying to suck as mush of the hot air as possible. It blows into a carbon filter.

If you look carefully at the pics, you'll see that there's a white plastic screen. It's not so easy to see, because it's getting too crowded in there, and it's also not easy for me to take pics from the top, because the buds are as high as they can be.
For my next grow, I'll start the training earlier, and i'll put the screen lower... It will be much better.

If one has a confirmed female, and a confirmed herme......Will they breed and make feminized seeds???? or will it make herminized seeds?? Are some plant phenos dominant to others....like the blue eyes, brown eyes, slanted eyes, thing????

That's pretty much the concept of producing feminized seeds. Not all hermies are the same though. You'd prefer a hermie that's "mostly female".

I only know that some phenotypes of a strain are less possible to appear, compared to the other phenotypes of the same strain, but I don't know if a particular phenotype is dominant to another.
