Default light issues let me know whats goiing on

ok so i have 4 26 watt cfls 3 14 watt and 1 30 watt all for 6 plants but yet there growing but, slow and small from what i have seen mine are smaller i have a plant that is a foot and the rest are 5-6 inches do i need more light and bigger space? or is it smutting simple... let me know
