Unhappy What Should I do! Some advice Plz

Hello,

I started them in the same time and the tall one is from an unknown strain... the small one is supposed to be the work in progress of a seed bank, Purple Buddah. Why the right one is getting so tall! They are both Female and I'm still in Veg Cycle... It's getting so tall for nuthing... Should I cut it? should I kill it, cuz it might only give crappy, fluffy budz? If it double or triple in size when flowering, I'll have a tree... I plan to induce Flowering in one Month...

My setup:
Soil
400W HPS (17hrs/day)
Vent

flower the tall ones and keep veging the other one. put her in flower when you are ready.

I don't have the lightning and the place to flower and veg at the same time I'll try to bend it! Nice Idea... Cuz If I cut her, will I have smaller buds?

Pruning is more stressful than LST, would hate for you to stress them too much this close to flowering...
