Will I only be able to not grow when outside temp is 90+?
Besides 2 150HPS, I also have 150 and 90 watt floro CFL bulbs. Could i just run those on my mothers for the two or 3 months of extreme heat?
Would a portable AC unit work for those hot months. The closet is around 4' wide by 2 1/2 deep by 8 foot tall. and I have two shelves. The sheet rock in the ceiling of the closet has a hole in a 3 foot by 3 foot section that opens into the roof and I have a turbin on the roof. also have plenty of fans to move the air around and I leave the closet door open all the time and just lock the garage. have darkened all windows so no light from outside gets in.
What about if I ran the 12 hour cycles during the night with it turned off during day? I don't care, if there is little growth during this period, can flower some inside the house. Just want to keep the plants alive till weather gets cooler. I also could run the cfl inside with the mothers if that is the only way. I have 9 inch fans on both shelve levels

PS there is only a 5 degree difference in summer between inside temp in garage and outside temp.

Im not going to say impossible..

But you will suffer from the heat from the Hps's.. I had a indoor garden last year and my AC went out on me, for most of the summer and with no air cooled hood I ran in to problems.. But they still budded.. But small buds..

All I can say Is make damn sure your lights are about three feet away from your plants..

Running at night will help out alot..
I only run at night.. period!

But if possible I suggest busting a window out on your garage and throw a window unit AC up there.. or one for every window..hehe

PS Been in Texas for 25 years, but came from Michigan.
You will never hear me bitch about the heat, hell anything under 70 and I'm freezing. LOL

Whats up! Im currently growing White widow, Blueberry, Ak-48, and Northernlights. Price range about the same 400-500. My grows are 100% organic! I live not far from houston, but far enough! Who eles is growing blueberry around here? Cause I want to thank you for your excelent product! That shit was good!

You can charge 400-500 if you grow organic. The taste is alot better and its better for you. Older people are willing to pay more for quality shit!

i agree i had some afgooey here and it was some of the best ive seen since ive lived in texas. i had a seed and started to germ it but it dried out cause i forgot about it. like a genius. its cool cause the g13 haze and himalaya gold rock my world.oh but i wsih i wasnt an idiot
