Cloning and lighting

Ok guys Ive had these clones with high humidity 70% in a dome with 4 14w and 4 27w CFL's daylights... 2 weeks no roots? is this not enough lighting?

the container they are in a 32in x 18in x 20in

so i have a total of 164w in this container. so im getting about 40w per square foot.

The clones are in cubes and have root hormone. They are still green and there is new growth... some leaves are yellowing but ive read it is normal for bottom leaves to yellow.

Now i have 1 CPU fan blowing air in but i have not had a chance to make an exhaust for it. you think fresh air is the problem??

So not enough air circulation you think???
dont think so i have my dome shut only air coming through are from the holes on the bottom of the tray. your setup kind sounds like mine except much more light and mine has a heating pad under. could be one of those factors. then again i only did 3 clones but all of them rooted.

If you have new leaf growth you have root growth. Maybe you just aren't seeing it due to air pruning. You can gently try to lift a clone by the stem and if there is resistance, it's roots. Without roots it would slide out effortlessly.
