I redesigned my weekly journal so that it would be printable and usable for members here. I've received much help from this forum so heres something from me to the forum in return.

I simply check off what ive done, and make small notes. This sheet will document 5 plants at a time.


If anyone has ideas for improving it, let me know. I'll make a better version with your ideas.

Dude excellent idea man! I use somthing similar. If you could make a version friendlier to us hydro users it would be super cool. Like one where you could keep track of water levels, PPM level and PH, that would be outstanding. But for soil I think it would be great.

For PH section i would just leave a blank line to write ph down cause nice to have true ph as 6.2 or 5.8 etc
maybe add a little box in corner of each day to mark what day it is.

Also maybe section for temp?

i would also put month on top right so when you have it in a binder you can see by just flicking corner maybe use left side to list strains and # of plants such #lights etc

Just a few more ideas not that you need to use them

nice man Great format. I'm just using a notebook right now. I would add spots for high low temps and humidty on there too. Maybe for us to use, make the title blank or what not. You have your name and icon on there. I can't edit PDFs so a blank one for my personal use without having to see your name everyday would be sweet =)

Get me all your ideas and ill make the second version better

Only other thing i can think of that wasn't said was maybe make each month 2 pages so there is more room for notes and more info.

I didn't noticed this when i first looked at the chart. I now see that its just one week 5 plants. Makes a lot more sense now

Do you know how I can get a copy of this file?

Hi everyone, new guy here. I realize this is an old but very useful thread. Would anyone have an electronic journal like what is mentioned here that they’d be willing to share? Especially for hydroponics.

What data did you enter into the journal? I’m postulating information such as: date, day, time, strain,
Temperature, humidity, pH, TDS, light schedule, feeding schedule, days in/weeks in and stage?

Thinking of keeping similar data just to learn. I’d be interested for everyone’s feedback. Thanks.
