Taking an indoor plant outside to finish flowering

I hear that you can take an indoor plant outside during the final phase of flowering and will not revert to the vegitative state. Just curious if this is really true and, if so, at what point in the flowering stage is this safte to do?

Its gonna try and veg now. Your at the tail end of the first outdoor harvest. You can get away with a week but she really needs her sleep in flower..I wouldnt..last week or two can be real producers in yield and
potency, so no reason to stress her..August is when you can get your next harvest to go outside, er late july (for flower)
