Calcium, big time. I sun dry the shells so mold & fungi doesn't grow, then crush in a paper bag, then add to my worm farm/compost pile.

Slugs are not fans of the egg shell either.

its for worms i think. I heard you pulverize it (make it into a powder afterdry) and place it in soil for outdoor grows. Worms love it and they eat the tiny tiny piece because they have so many nutrients. This helps keep the soil airy. plus it does have tons of nutes for your plant but you have to pulverize it so it has the most surface area.

i do it it helps in fact there all gone now from decompisition and im putting more in them tomorrow... everyone around here does it.

i use egg shells if i see signs of a magnesium deff works for me

EGG SHELL is a common ALKALINE ... it will help neturalize your soils ph if useing heps of organic fetrz

I use it on all my outdoor Potted plants

e they work but you have to compost them for quite some time they are better for amending the soil in an outdoor patch

My buddy has been growing for years now, and says thats all he uses for fertilizer puts 3 or 4 broken egg shells on top of the soil says it works like a charm
