i've had it under 24hs light for the past week and it's finally taken off and lookin spunky but it still doesn't look like it's vegging, it looks like it's kind of in a half flower half veg limbo, cause it's still producing flowers, or pistils at least... it's on the 4th node now... almost 5th...

anyway.. it's a hydro grow, and i was wondering if it would be cool to just straight flower it, since it was already flowering when i got it, or if i should just let it veg for a bit?

depends on how big you want it. i've seen plants grow preflowers throughtout long veg cycles once the have been put into flower first. i have plants that have been outside for a month, clones, they have preflowers at every node.

right see i'm kinda torn on what to do.

i've got one outdoors right now that's about 2/3 way through flowering (planted beg of feb - socal).

then i came up on this clone... looked like it was from a branch. on it's 2nd node. now it's on it's 5th. still blooming little triplet sets and with close internode distance. has very good root establishment... probably about 10 inches tall from the top of the plant to the base of the stem where the roots start... which is about 5" from the rocks to the top of the plant cause it's a big pot and i have them packed high. it's a 9" net pot. roots are coming through the bottom. and yeah i only want it to be max a 3 footer. but less is fine... you know... this is a science experiment...

but yeah.. the clone looked like shit when i got it... gave it some fox farm 6-4-4 at 1/4 strength... it loved it.. went from 2 nodes to 5 nodes in less than a week... only under a few cfl total about 3600 lumens.

i'll also be getting a hps in about 2 weeks. speaking of that - off my threads topic - will adding that as the main light source have any initial negative impact?

but i mean... if i can flower it now and still get a 2 footer out of it, then i'll give it the good old 48 hours and then start the 12/12 with the nice advanced nutrients overgrow 1-3-4 i got
