Default Fungus gnats

Alright so I tried to take care of it myself, but to no avail. Everyday there seems to be more & more of these little fungus gnats everywhere. Tried using the spray but they don't go away. Havent watered for a week, still nothing. Any suggestions????please???????

Sticky traps to catch the adults and H2O2 watering to kill the larva in the in soil. I poored H202 3% directly on the roots once a day when I had these and it didnt seem to hurt the roots. Good Luck

ok but what is H202? and it wont affect any taste later on

I had good luck with neem oil. Dilute it in water per the instructions and spray it directly on all surfaces of the foliage. Also spray the soil surface and the room (walls, floor, etc).

Haven't seen one since and I have sticky traps up.

Oh. And H2O2 is hydrogen peroxide like you put on cuts to disinfect. Just water with an extra oxygen molecule attached.
