branch bulging normal?

anyway i have two plants that are currently 6in. tall. i was inspecting them and on one of them i noticed that where the branches meet the main stalk they are starting to bulge and look shiny as if they were sticky. is this normal?

nobodys ever seen this?

dude i know exactly what your talkin about. its totally fine. just means you got a strong plant. let me guess you gave it a bunch of fertilizers?

my plants looked the same before i killed them. its fine like the guy above me said..don't worry.
