Is interior latex general propose flat paint???? it says for bare walls, drywall ect????

latex paint is glossy even if they mark it as flat latex paint, so it isn't a good option for your grow. you may use it as under-layer since latex is supposed to be more mold resistant then other normal paints but as primary paint for a grow room it isn't a good choice.

oh ok i felt the texture and its chalky like flat paint??? i compared it to my simi gloss paint and the simi is glossy??? I did some research latex is just

SO THIS PAINT IS INDEED FLAT PAINT FROM MY KNOWLEDGE FROM ABOVE!!!!

oh well, if you think it is flat white then use it...

another option is brilliant white ceiling paint. It is a true matte finish.

shine a flashlight on that latex paint after it dries. If you see a sharpish reflection, you'll end up with hot spots. green_nobody makes two very solid points above.
