i should have worded it a bit different. i guess with them (obama's people) saying there is no intent of legalization, the focus on these and other forums should be decriminalization. get everyone on the same page and push. it would be a very long shot to going from 'evil drug' to legal.. enough people would be upset just for decriminalization, imagine the uproar from the conservatives with full out legalization. i didn't mean to deflate anyones hopes because i have those same hopes. i do honestly feel that with the medical progress marijuana has made decriminalization may stand a true chance.. once it has been decriminalized, so much more research will be done and so many more benefits will come out. next step full out legalization. sorry again if i came off harsh, it wasn't my intent

I completely understand where your coming from, but to get past the decriminalization part of the process we need to act out, I don't think there's any chance of it happening next week or anything so we're going to have to take baby steps, and this is one of those steps... Just to get the topic up and out there for discussion is a big step in the right direction, and this is one of the ways we're going to be able to get the ball rolling, wether you even think it will ever be legal, please please please just get on this site and get this bumped up to #1!
(at least give it a vote, or anything else for that matter that you feel is a issue)

I understand your point my man, but at the same time, I don't think the other issues are BS and I also do think that legalization is a pressing issue. We're not on the cusp or legalization and we won't ever be until people really start voicing there opinions, and what better anonymous way to do it then over the net in a poll like this! This list will sit on the presidents desk! Come on and vote for it and make it 15 or even 19 years instead of 20... ever little bit helps!
