i am going to the cape this weekend ill be away for two three days tops. but i have one closet set up with 3 100 watt hps lamps a 2 tube 4 ft floro. and about 5 cfls. now my problem is. i have two large 2 month old plants that just went into 12 12 one is deff female. should i just let the seedlings i have that are on there third set of leafs , should i just let em go through the 12 12 till i get home (i usually move the flowering plants into another closet and leave the seedlings in 24 hour light) will i fuck up the seedlings by leaving em in 12 12 for 3 days? or should i just let the big ones get the three days of 24 hour light then switch em back to 12 12 when i get home? 12 12 for a seedling isnt bad for just 2 or 3 days is it? can i just 12 12 em all and say fuck it and not veg the seedlings? they are already on there 3rd set of leafs. can i flower a seedling? without it being a complete waste?

yeah you can fower a seedling and get a gram for your time,id find a way to keep them in veg,even a little bit of 12 12 might start the little plants brain into flower.

and you dont want your big ones going under 24 there big brain might start growing veg again.why cant they stay seperate im confused?

people have theyre plants in 12/12 from seed and they still grow big, they wont start sexing untill they mature no matter what light they are under. it will stunt the growth for a few days but shouldnt have any consequence. i had my seedlings in 12/12 right after theyre 24 hr for 2 weeks period for a week due to a timer problem and they were fine. actualy when they were right age the male showed sex after being in correct 18/6 for a few weeks and the female soon after, just because i had them in 12/12 that once. so i dont think it would hurt. might help you out in the long run. as soon as they go back into 24 they should take off a bit.

im with glass freak im weighting on my hps to come in but have already switched to 12/12 and my second batch have to stay with my ist grow until my light gets here they are still growing might be up to 10 days ...not overly worried

i cant seperate them while im gone because. i have two closets. one has the lights in it and when im ready to flower i just put the plants into the second closet for 12 hours then move em back into the closet with lights. im not gonna be here so i wont be able to move the plants into the flower closet. so i got a timer and i set the lights in the closet to 12 12. i figured i couldnt do damage to the seedlings. at least i can revert the seedlings back into veg. if i have to. what im gonna do is set the other closet up with 2 250 watt hps. in my closet with the lights i have a 2 tube 4 ft floro above em, 3 100 watt hps lamps, and about 6 or 7 cfl lights. i have 5 seedlings and two 2 month old plants. mabey ill just reveg em and let the big plants get bigger, since i already know one is female.
