Default need advice from experts please

ok so ive had another thread going for awhile now with no good info really so my question is what the f is going on with two of my three plants. one is around 3 feet tall and has willted very badly been keeping the temps 65 to 85 and watering every so often i flushed once thinking it might be nutes. please look. the 2nd plant has almsot a transparent look to it a very light light green not healthy. there is a white film on the soil think it might be to much salt or something please look. my other problem is im not sure how much longer to flower my healthy baby she is looking good just need a time frame. the biggest plant is in a 3 gal pot possible root lock? please look at my pictures and give me advice. anything ive tried so much already! thanks

what about the really light green one im thinking maybe to much salt in the soil any one ???? and you think its the water should i back off on watering and the nutes
