'Stoner' Arrested For Growing marijuana

HUDSON, Fla. -- A man named Jason Robert Stoner was arrested after deputies said they seized 94 marijuana plants from his home.
Deputies said Stoner admitted that he started cultivating marijuana last January. The plants were 3 to 4-feet tall at the time of the May 2 raid.
Deputies said they found grow lights, fans, rolling papers and other paraphernalia.
Authorities said Stoner also tampered with the electric meter to bypass the wiring and run his grow lights.
Stoner was arrested and charged with cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and theft of utilities. He was released from jail on a $3,500 bond.

So you can be busted for GROW LIGHTS? niggas on the other thread debated the topic of..."can you get busted for intent to grow"...

And be4 i turn tis into a topic....What else can be said to account for a high electric bill? It can't be christmas all the time..know?
Was this "STONER" guy bypassing the system to rip off the electric company?

94 plants in Florida don't sound bad. 94 plants in my backyard here would make the the king marijuana for 4 months a year.

LoL thats too funny, oh yea and FYI you only need to pay 10% of bail so maybe they were referencing that he paid $3,500 and his bail was set at $35,000
