I have heard a lot of good things about Nirvana seeds. The price is not the only thing, another deciding factor should be how well they hide the seeds so they don't get confiscated going through customs, and I heard Nirvana is pretty good for that. Another thing to keep in mind is that no matter where you get your seeds from, if they get confiscated in customs, you can usually e-mail the seed bank and they will send another shipment better hidden.
