Help root damage

So i thought that my roots were still in the root cubes... bad assumption... i recently transplanted the cubes into soil and today i took a fork and tried loosening up the soil a bit to let the roots get more air.. come to find out there was roots stuck in the fork!! i didnt think they were even out the cube yet!! is my plant going to be ok?

i only ripped out about 3 roots about 1 inch long from what i could tell and my plants is about 5 inches with about 25 leaves
