I'm not 100% in this but I've recently read that you are not supposed to cut off the shade leaves (the big ones that stick out) because they absorb light and make sugars (T.H.C). I'm pretty sure that early in the flower stage you should cut only the lowest branches and leaves because they don't get enough light to produce good buds. Then the plant can use energy on the top buds and make them bigger. If you post a picture, maybe a more experienced grower can help better. Either way I wouldn't freak, just give it time and see how it comes along. |
