I would wait. It is pretty skinny for that age but it is old eneough to flower maybe it will fatten up. hard call. I have some 17 days that are out of control and debating to go to flower

No nutes yet. To young. Flor lights 4 40 watt and 3 cfl on each plant. Alot of tlc
