anyone know if it is ok to use a aluminum pot to make honey oil with the alcohol method?

new glass is better... you're not going to want to use a razor to scrape the honey off a metal pot... its going to irritate the shit out of you, and you might just end up with metal flakes in your oil.

i need to evaporate the alcohol, and will be doing that in a pressure cooker, then pouring the end of it on glass to finish and then scrape it off the glass into containers after... i am just wondering if the aluminum pot is ok to use or do i need to get a stainless one... all i have used in the past was stainless pots, but now i am building a condensing unit to save my alcohol rather than let it evaporate into he air
