PCO fogger questions

i was wondering if i have to drain my dwc res after using pco fogger?also am i supposed to turn the lights off in my cab?one last thing it says not to use it in enclosed spaces like closets.does that mean i shouldnt use it in my cab?sorry for so many questions.thanks in advance
